2024 5 Star Military Family Luncheon Nomination Form

The Armed Services YMCA of Hampton Roads aims to honor military families who have gone above and beyond in their local community and exemplify the philanthropic values of the ASYMCA. Nominations are open to any active-duty military family of any branch in the Hampton Roads area. Nominated families should hold an active-role in the Hampton Roads community (examples: volunteer coaching, food drives, working with local non-profits etc) while also demonstrating military pride and commitment to our country. Nominee's should be available to receive their award in person on December 5, 2024 at The Westin in Town Center Virginia Beach. The deadline for nominations is: October 15, 2024. Should your nominee be chosen to move forward in the selection process, we may reach back out to you to gather some additional information.
